Speaker Terms

You, the Expert, and Dawn DelVecchio, are agreeing to the terms as noted below:

General Terms:

✓ You agree to participate as an expert for one video interview for the online event titled “Return of the Priestess III”

✓ You agree to participate in a 40-50 minute pre-recorded video interview on video using Zoom.

✓ You agree to send 1 promotional email to your email list, and a mention in one  newsletter to your list, OR two solo emails to your email list between March 18-31, 2022.

✓ You agree to share the event on facebook and/or your other social media plateforms three (3) times within the promotion period, and to comment on facebook posts you are tagged in so that we can promote this event together!

✓ Dawn DelVecchio agrees to provide all the production and back-end coordination for this event. This includes Zoom, recording equipment, interview instructions, dedicated event website, email reminders to Expert Speakers, social media promotion, and promotional materials for your use in solo emails, newsletters, and social media shares.

We ask that you fully participate so that together we can create a successful online event which inspires women around the world. In the event that the commitments listed above are not fulfilled on time, your interview will not be broadcast as part of the interview series.

Compensation:

You agree to do the interview without charge, and agree not to request compensation from Dawn DelVecchio or Dawn DelVecchio Enterprises, LLC at any point in the future.

The material you share on your expert call is, and will remain, solely yours. Dawn DelVecchio may re-purpose, re-sell, and re-use your recording indefinitely, and without compensation to you. You will be provided with a video recording of your expert interview, should you request it. You are free to repurpose, re-sell and re-use your expert call recording indefinitely, and without compensation to Dawn DelVecchio or Dawn DelVecchio Enterprises, LLC. In so doing we ask that you identify Dawn DelVecchio, as the interviewer, and provide a link to our website, www.dawndelvecchio.com

Indemnification:

You agree to indemnify, defend and hold Dawn DelVecchio and Dawn DelVecchio Enterprises, LLC., harmless from and against all claims, suits, proceedings, losses, costs, liabilities, damages and expenses (including attorneys’ fees) arising out of any claim that your participation in the event or any materials or information that you provide during the interview (i) infringes or misappropriates any copyright, trademark, trade secret, patent, right of publicity or other intellectual property right, or (ii) otherwise violates any person’s rights or any law, rule or regulation.

Right of Use:

I hereby grant Dawn DelVecchio and Dawn DelVecchio Enterprises, LLC the right to use any photos as well as audio or video impressions of me recorded or provided to me in connection with or as any part of the presentation or promotion of it, in perpetuity. I understand that these impressions, as well as my name, likeness, voice and biographical material, may be used for commercial, educational, and informational purposes, in any manner or media, in the perpetuity, throughout the world.

Acceptance of Terms:

I hereby certify that I have read and accept the foregoing and fully understand the meaning and effect thereof.

Your electronic signature on the speaker form indicates full compliance with the terms, requests, and promises stated above.
